Vegan Recipe: 3 Large Bananas, 200g Dairy Free Spread, 5ml Vanilla Essence.
In a bowl mash your bananas until smooth, Preheat oven to 150C/300F/ Gas mark 2, Add all ingredients, along with the contents of this pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn't go everywhere!) Add a splash of water if the mixture is a bit dry. Carefully spoon the mixture into muffin cases (use silicon moulded for best results). Bake for 25 mins until golden brown, then remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
Standard Recipe: 4 large eggs, 150g Butter.
Preheat oven to 150C/ 300F/ Gas mark 2. Soften the butter slightly in a microwave, Add all ingredients along with the contents of this pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn't go everywhere!) Throw in some of your favourite summer berries (optional) to make these muffins extra juicy! Carefully spoon the mixture into muffin cases (use silicon moulded for best results). Bake for 25 mins until golden brown, then remove from the oven and enjoy warm!
