Serve up a plant-powered lunch in a flash with Clive’s organic Red Pepper Harissa Quiche. Packed with harissa-spiced red pepper and cauliflower, and topped with a pumpkin seed crumb, its full-on flavour is sure to impress the table. Serve with a fresh, green salad and coleslaw.

Best eaten cold. If you prefer a crispier pastry, cook from chilled at 180oC for 25-30 minutes and leave to rest for a few minutes once out of the oven.

Storage & prep

Ready when you are! This quiche is ready to eat and best eaten cold. If you prefer a crispier pastry follow the instructions below and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving, please eat within 12 hours of heating. If you prefer to eat hot, or are using straight from the freezer, please follow the instructions below. Simply remove from packaging and place quiche (in paper case) on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

From chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 - 15-20 mins.
From frozen: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 - 35-40 mins.
Allow to rest in paper case for few minutes - then enjoy!

Store below 5°C. Store in packaging. See use by date on box. Suitable for home freezing.Store below -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
