Vodka & Elderflower Spritz
A quick and easy cocktail that's full of zesty flavours, thanks to the mix of fresh lemon juice and sweet elderflower liqueur, with a kick of organic vodka to bring the heat.
Ingredients
- 35ml Fatty's Vodka
- 10ml lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- Tonic water, to top up
- Lemon slice, to garnish
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: nil
Method
1. Fill a highball or collins glass with ice. Pour in the vodka, lemon juice and elderflower liqueur, then stir to mix and chill. Top up with tonic water, stir again briefly, and drop in a lemon slice to garnish.
