Tahini & Cinnamon Swirl Smoothie

A proper thickie of a smoothie, rich with nuttiness from tahini and flaked almonds, whizzed with velvety bananas and a warm pinch of cinnamon for fruity sweetness and a kiss of spice.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 35g flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • A pinch or 2 of cinnamon
  • 330ml dairy free mylk
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the flaked almonds. Add 1 tbsp tahini and a pinch of cinnamon.
2. Add a handful of ice cubes into the blender. Pour in 330ml of the dairy free mylk and blitz till smooth. Have a taste and add more cinnamon if you like. Pour into glasses and serve, dusted with a little more cinnamon.
