Plum Berry Swirl

Summer stone fruits and berries shine in this sweet seasonal sipper. They're crushed together with velvety banana and a cool glug of hazelnut drink to make a creamy, dreamy smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 plums
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml hazelnut milk drink
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Halve the plums and scoop out the stones. Roughly chop the plums and add to your blender.
2. Tip in the raspberries. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.
3. Pour the hazelnut drink into the blender and add a handful of ice cubes. Blitz, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
