Monkey Milkshakes

Little monkeys will love these thick and creamy milkshakes made with frozen bananas and a splash of soya milk. A touch of cocoa powder and cinnamon gives them a spicy, chocolaty flavour. Deliciously good on hot days (and cold ones, too).

Method

1. Peel the bananas and chop them into 2cm-thick chunks. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the banana chunks out on it. Freeze for at least 30 mins, or overnight.
2. When you're reayd to amke the milkshakes, tip the bananas into a blender. Pour in 300ml of the soya milk to start, then add the cocoa powder and cinnamon. Blend till smooth and creamy. If it seems too thick, trickle in more soya milk till you have the consistency you want. Pour into tall glasses and serve straight away.
