Milk Chocolate Puddles with Pumpkin Seeds, Rosemary & Orange

If rain was made of chocolate, umbrellas would be a thing of the past. These chocolate puddles are colourful little things, and easy as putting on wellies to make.


  • 70g milk chocolate
  • A few pumpkin seeds
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • A pinch of small, tender rosemary leaves

1. Gently melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water).
2. When melted, stir and drop spoonfuls of chocolate onto a baking tray lined with baking paper to create small, rough circles.
3. Top with a few pumpkin seeds, the orange zest and a few small rosemary leaves. Pop into the fridge till set. Will keep for week if you can resist…
