Milk Chocolate Puddles with Pumpkin Seeds, Rosemary & Orange

If rain was made of chocolate, umbrellas would be a thing of the past. This chocolate puddle is a colourful little thing, and easy as putting on wellies to make.


  • 70g milk chocolate
  • A few pumpkin seeds
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • A pinch of small tender rosemary leaves

Prep: 5 mins | Cook 5 mins + time for cooling

1. Gently melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water).
2. When melted, stir and spoon onto a lined baking tray.
3. Top with a few pumpkin seeds, the orange zest and small rosemary leaves.
