Gingerbread Smoothie

It doesn’t get much more seasonal than gingerbread in a glass – all the sweetness of bananas and raisins with the spiciness of ginger and cinnamon, but deliciously dairy (and guilt) free.


  • 2 bananas
  • 330ml almond milk
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 50g raisins
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A cupful of ice

Prep: 15 mins + freezing (optional)

1. Peel and chop your bananas (freeze them if you have time). Chop the ginger. Add everthing to your blender with a large cupful of ice. Blend till smooth and creamy. Finish with a tiny pinch of cinnamon.
