Clementine Dream Smoothie

Clementines are in season, and we’re celebrating with a thick, creamy smoothies made with velvety banana and avocado, and the sweet crunch of Demerara sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 clementines
  • 1 tbsp demerara sugar
  • 330ml hazelnut milk
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh into your blender. Peel and break in the banana.
2. Grate in the zest from the clementines and squeeze in the juice. Tip in 1 tbsp Demerara sugar.
3. Pour 330ml hazelnut drink into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
