Breakfast Granola Sundae

Fancy pudding for breakfast but want to keep it a little bit healthy? This breakfast sundae is inspired by our favourite ice cream treat but swaps in cooling scoops of creamy Greek yogurt layered with crunchy Primrose Kitchen Turmeric & Banana Granola and sweet organic strawberries and bananas. So why not make like a banana split and, um, eat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 banana
  • A handful of strawberries
  • 50g Primrose Kitchen Turmeric & Banana Granola
  • 150g Greek style yourt
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Method

1. Peel and slice the banana. Pull the green leaves off the strawberries, then slice them.
2. Arrange a handful of the bananas and strawberries in the bottom of a tall glass, then top with a spirnkle of the granola and a few spoonfuls of yogurt. Repeat, layering up the fruit, granola and yogurt till you have used it up. Drizzlke over a little honey and serve straight away.
