Banana, Blueberry & Peanut Butter Shake

One of our favourite fruit combinations for breakfast – bananas and blueberries – get an extra shot of richness from a generous dollop of peanut butter. They're blended together with a creamy tiger nut drink to make a rich and satsifying smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 250g blueberries
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 500ml tiger nut drink

Method

1. Peel the banana and break it into a blender. Tumble in the blueberries and add the peanut butter.
2. Pour in 500ml of the tiger nut drink. Add a handful of ice. Whizz together till smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
