Apple and Cinnamon Muesli

This is our fruitful take on a bircher muesli. Ever so virtuous, and it tastes wonderful to boot.

  • 1 mug of oats
  • 2 mugs of apple juice
  • ½ mug of natural yogurt
  • 3 small apples, grated (1 more for chopping, optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

*Leave the oats overnight if you want to wake up to an easy breakfast.

1. Pop your oats, juice and cinnamon into a sealable tub. Stir well. Put the lid on. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to overnight.
2. Remove from the fridge, add your grated apple and yogurt. Mix.
3. Serve in bowls topped with more chopped apple.
