Apple and Cinnamon Muesli

Our fruity, fragrantly spiced take on bircher muesli. Perfect for prepping the night before so you can wake up to a wholesome, easy-going breakfast.

  • 1 mug of oats
  • 2 mugs of apple juice
  • ½ mug of natural yogurt
  • 3 small apples, grated (1 more for chopping, optional)
  • A pinch or 2 of ground cinnamon

1. Pop the oats, apple juice and cinnamon into a sealable tub. Stir well then cover tightly with the lid. Pop it in the fridge for at least 30 mins or overnight.
2. Remove the soaked oats from the fridge. Add the grated apple and yogurt and fold everything together.
3. Serve the muesli in bowls, topped with more chopped apple and dusted with an extra pinch of cinnamon if you like.
