Apple, Almond & Goji Berry Smoothie

We're fruit and nuts about this delicious green smoothie which blitzes apples, bananas and dried goji berries with almond butter and milk - and tender baby leaf spinach - to make a healthy, hearty breakfast drink.


  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 250ml Ultimate Almond Drink

1. Quarter the apple and slice out the core. Chop the apple into chunks and add to your blender. Peel and break in the banana.
2. Add the almond butter and goji berries. Tuck in the spinach leaves and pour in the almond drink. Drop in a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
