Store between 0c & 4c. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.
To cook:
1. Remove skewers from packaging & bring to room temperature.
2. Pre heat a griddle or heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of oil.
3. Season the skewers liberally with sea salt & black pepper just prior to cooking and brush with a little oil.
4. Sear on all sides over high heat, creating a rich, dark crust, then reduce to medium heat and continue to cook for a couple of minutes more, turning regularly.
Serve with jasmine rice and a seasonal chopped salad
