This organic Gorgonzola Dolce is a stunning cheese with blue-green and a brilliant creamy texture. Aged in temperature controlled rooms for three months to mature its flavour. Gorgonzola is an excellent table cheese but also brill in pasta sauces.

Storage & prep

Remove from fridge and packaging 20 minutes before serving. This is another versatile cheese and can be enjoyed as a table cheese, melted through pasta, on a pizza or in a sandwich with parma ham. Refrigerated between 1 and 6 degrees. Once opened keep well wrapped with wax paper or cling film to prevent exposure to the air. Not suitable for home freezing.
