The people at CasArrigoni have been at it for thirty years now, following the age-old traditions of the mountainous area, and they continue to fine-tune their know-how and expertise to ensure their cheese is never less than the best.

Remove from fridge and packaging 20 minutes before serving. This is another versatile cheese and can be enjoyed as a table cheese, melted through pasta, on a pizza or in a sandwich with parma ham. Refrigerated between 1 and 6 degrees. Once opened keep well wrapped with wax paper or cling film to prevent exposure to the air. Not suitable for home freezing.
