This delicious organic back bacon is unsmoked and rather special. They're dry cured by hand, you see, as well as being organic, for a fresher, crispier taste. Grill or fry 'em in a pan then scoff between bread with lashings of butter and tomato ketchup.

Storage & prep

Store in the fridge. Once opened use within 3 days. Ideal for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.
