High Weald Dairy’s Organic, Oak-Smoked Ashdown Forester is organic cheese royalty. With a hoard of honours – including taking home gold in the 2011 World Cheese Awards – it has to be tasted to be believed. Naturally smoked over oak shavings and matured for three months, it sports a firm texture, rich, creamy flavour and an attractive basket weave texture on its natural rind.
