St. Peter's Brewery is situated in the area of Suffolk known as The Saints, so named because practically every village in the area is named after a saint. It's a wonderfully untouched part of England, with a rich history, some of which the brewery now calls home since 1996, having settled into what were traditional agricultural buildings. The area has excellent water quality, a huge factor in the brewery setting up where they have - they use their own deep bore-hole to source it - and combining that with local malted barley and Kentish hops, along with traditional hands-on brewing methods, their beer is truly a class above.
