Drágora Syrah, Organic (75cl)

Perfectly ripe black fruits, subtle tannins and a silky smooth finish, this is made from 100% Syrah and has the hallmark spiciness of this great grape. Oak ageing has given some vanilla flavour and a smooth texture. Slow-cooked red meat will strike a lovely balance. The reliably warm weather means they can produce consistently great wines every year with the hallmark ripe fruit flavours and smooth mouthfeel.
