The humorous and twinkly eyed Lina Páramo may be the reason why these wines are so good, tempering with a feminine hand a style of wine that is often a bit too macho and overbearing. On paper the winery is run by her and her two brothers but whilst they lean against the tractor having a quick fag, Lina is making the running in the winery!
