This zesty gin twist on a paloma cocktail stars Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit Gin, a zingy artisanal gin bursting with juniper and succulent pink grapefruit. Shake it with fresh grapefruit juice and top up with tonic water to make a refreshing evening drink.

  • 25ml Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit Gin
  • 50ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • Tonic water, to top up
  • Grapefruit wedge, to garnish

Method

1. Half fill a cocktail shaker (or large jar) with ice and pour in the Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit Gin and the fresh grapefruit juice. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for around 30 secs.
2. Fll a tumbler with ice. Strain the gin paloma over the ice. Top up with tonic water, stir briefly, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve.
