Cocoa Loco's Chocolate Cookie Home Baking Kit

Baking is fun, no doubt about it, and it's even funner for some if you don't have to faff around with scales and boring stuff like that.
Ingredients
- Chocolate Cookie Home Baking Kit
- 250g butter
Makes a lovely pressie for younger folk, but is also a great idea to buy in before, get the kids to make it, then they can give grannie their 'homemade' cookies for Christmas.
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, lightly butter a baking tray.
2. Add 250g soft butter into a bowl and lightly beat with a spoon, add your cookie kit ingredients, but not your chocolate buttons which you will need later.
3. Mix the butter and flour mixture together with your hands to make a dough.
4. Make walnut sized balls and place on the baking trays, well spaced apart.
5. Press down with the heel of your hand to flatten the balls.
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, then gently place the chocolate buttons on the cookies while they are still warm then leave to cool completely (if you can wait!).
