White Chocolate Puddles with Sesame Seeds & Lemon

Lemon and white chocolate are a zesty match made in heaven. Add toasted sesame seeds for crunch, then jump in.


  • 70g white chocolate
  • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • Zest of 1 lemon

1. Gently melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water).
2. When melted, stir the chocolate, then drop spoonfuls of it onto a baking tray lined with baking paper to create small, rough circles.
3. Top each puddle with a pinch each of the sesame seeds and the zest from the lemon. Pop into the fridge till set. These puddles will keep for week, if you can resist…
