Nourish Kefir
In April 2006, founder Deborah tasted kefir for the first time. Three years later, Nourish started producing kefir from fresh organic cow's milk and kefir grains in London. Cows are more country girls than city so Nourish use Organic Soil Association certified whole milk to make their kefir. They specialise in culturing and preparing the grains to the best quality and then fermenting them in milk.
