This Pecorino is from Sardinia with milk from a special Sardinian breed of sheep. It’s aged for three months and has the lovely nutty flavour you’d expect from a hard ewe’s milk cheese with a slight tartness at the end. It’s not to be confused with a Pecorino Romano which is much saltier and stronger.

Try it with:
Delicious used in a pesto or drizzled with honey.
