Boil a pot of water and drop in organic Durum Wheat Paccheri PGI from Alce Nero. A very special pasta, sometimes referred to as ‘white gold’ for its beautiful light colour which is achieved through top-quality ingredients and careful, slow drying in the crisp mountain air. With special PGI status, awarded to protect and promote regional treasures, each piece is produced in the specific Gragnano province for an excellent bite.

Each noodle is bronze-drawn to give a unique, slightly coarse and porous texture, perfect for sauce to cling to. This, along with its tubular shape, makes their Paccheri ideal for creamy sauces.
