Daylesford's organic minute steaks are thinly cut and as the name suggests, you don't have to cook them for any longer than a minute on each side. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil, sprinkle over some salt and pepper, and they'll then be good to go. Very good, in fact. Use these as the steak in your steak sandwich.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Heat a little oil in a frying Pan. Preheat pan until searing hot. Place beef into a pan for 10 -15 minutes. Turning regularly until juices run clear with no pink meat.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
