- How to cook: Put about half a centimetre of water and a knob of butter into a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the frankfurters and cook for about 8 minutes. Don’t let the water dry out.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated and once opened, use within 3 days, and by Use by date.

This is a cooked product, but must be reheated thoroughly before eating. For best results, simmer in a pan with 5mm of water and a knob of butter. Turn frequently until the water evaporates and the sausages are lightly browned. May also be grilled or fried. Ensure the sausages are piping hot before serving.

Suitable for home freezing. Keep chilled below 5oC. Once opened consumed within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing (up to 3 months).
