Cypressa’s story begins more than half a century ago, in Cyprus, with three brothers: Yiannis, Theodosis and Loizos Katsouris. Together, they were driven to source and sell the best olives, olive oils, and fruit & veg around, and it wasn’t long before they carved out quite the name and reputation for themselves. If you wanted some of the finest food in the Med, the Katsouris were your men, and that’s still very much the case today.
