  • 4 Oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 carrots
  • A head of chard
Step by step this way

    Peel your oranges and lemon, or juice by hand. Feed everything through your juicer (or mix in the juices citrus if done by hand). Drink up. Makes 2-3 glasses
