You Can't Beet Berries

A perfect purple smoothie that blends a mix of sweet and sharp summer raspberries with the earthy flavour of beetroot and light tang of creamy Greek style yogurt.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 beetroot
- 2 bananas
- 125g raspberries
- 150g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
- 250ml ice cold water
Step by step this way

Trim and peel the beetroot then roughly chop it. Pop it in a blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tip the raspberries into the blender and spoon in the Greek style yogurt.

Add a few ice cubes and pour in 250ml ice-cold water. Blitz for a few mins till smooth, and serve.
- Tip
Bowl in one
To make a thicker smoothie bowl, simply leave out the water when you're blitzing this smoothie together. Spoon it into bowls and top with some sliced fruits, toasted seeds and nuts.
