Ingredients you'll need
- 2 large handfuls of watercress
- 4 pears
- A 200ml tin of coconut milk
- 1 lime
Step by step this way

Quarter the pears. Cut out the core and stem. Put in a blender with the watercress, coconut milk and the juice from the lime. Blitz till smooth. Add a little water if it’s too thick.
