Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 blood oranges
  • 40g tahini
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 330ml tiger nut drink

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas. Put them in a blender. Squeeze in the juice from the blood oranges. Grate in a little zest if you like.

    Add the tahini and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink and add a few ice cubes. Blend till smooth, pour into glasses and serve dusted with a little extra cinnamon.
