Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1cm ginger
- 4 oranges
Step by step this way

Mango a little firm? If your mango is a bit hard, pop it in a brown paper bag with the free banana we’ve sent you. It should ripen in a few days.

Peel and de-stone the mango. Peel and chop the ginger. Juice the oranges. Pop the mango flesh in a high speed blender with the ginger and orange juice. Blitz till smooth.
