                    We’re singing the blueberries this week with this refreshing mix of jolly blue berries, warming ginger, sweet apples and almond milk.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 2 apples
 - 125g blueberries
 - 330ml almond milk
 - 1cm slice of ginger
 
From your kitchen
                    - A few ice cubes
 
Step by step this way
                    - 1.
Quarter the apples and slice out their cores. Roughly chop the apples. Tip into your blender with the blueberries and 1cm-thick slice of the ginger (or add more for extra an gingery hit).
 - 2.
Slosh in 330ml almond milk. Tumble in a few ice cubes and whizz till smooth.
