This mix of juicy papaya, zingy lime, sweet potassium-rich banana, coconut water and a secret ingredient (it’s antioxidant-abundant parsley, but don’t tell anyone we told you) will put your taste buds in a spin.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 papaya
- 1 lime
- A large handful of flat leaf parsley
- 1 banana
- 230ml coconut water
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
- Water (optional)
Step by step this way

Peel the papaya. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds. Slice the skin from the lime. Peel and chop the banana into chunks. Roughly chop the parsley.

Pop everything into your blender with a cupful of ice and half the carton of coconut water. Whizz till smooth, adding more water if you need to.

Ripe and ready
When you unpack your box, you can put your papaya and banana together in a bowl or paper bag and leave them for a few days to help ripen the papaya.
