Tropical Kiwi Twist

Whatever the weather, fill your smoothie glass with a tangy taste of liquid sunshine courtesy of this mix of tropical mango and kiwi fruit, whizzed with banana and a splash of maple water to get your tongue in a delicious twist.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 mango
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml maple water

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice the thinner side cheeks off. Slice the flesh off the skin, roughly chop it and add it to the blender. Slice any more flesh off the stone and add it to the blender.

    Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop the flesh out the skins. Add to the mango. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.

    Add a few ice cubes, pour in 300ml maple water and blitz to combine. Pour into two glasses and serve.
