Tomato Gazpacho Juice

Ingredients you'll need
- 400g vine tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery sticks
- A handful of flat leaf parsley
- 1 lemon
Step by step this way

Roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumber and celery. Zest and juice the lemon. Chop the parsley leaves and stalks. Throw into a blender with a cupful of iced water. Blitz till smooth. Alternatively feed everything through a juicer.
