- 2 apples
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 banana
- 500ml full cream milk
- 40g peanut butter

Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Chop the apples into small chunks. Halve the dates and pop out the stones. Peel the banana and break it into chunks. Put everything in a large blender.
