                    Crunchy raw cacao nibs add their dark chocolatiness to this sweetie of a smoothie made with juicy kiwi fruit, cool courgette and lovely fudgy dried dates, blended together with creamy brown rice drink.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 2 courgettes
- 2 kiws
- 50g dried pitted dates
- 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
- 330ml brown rice drink
From your kitchen
                    - A few ice cubes
You'll need
                    - Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way
                    - 1.Trim and roughly chop the courgettes. Pop them into your blender. Halve the kiwi fruit and use a teaspoon to scoop out the flesh into your blender. 
- 2.Tip in the dried dates and 1 tsp raw cacao nibs. Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
