Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 50g dried dates
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 40g tahini
- 330ml brown rice drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the blender. Tuck the baby leaf spinach leaves into the blender.

Add the tahini and pour in the brown rice drink. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins. Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
