Ingredients you'll need
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • 200ml coconut milk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
  • 200ml cold water
Step by step this way

    Slice the mango flesh off its stone, then slice it off the skin and pop it in your blender. Slice the skin and white pith off the lime. Roughly chop the lime flesh and add to the blender as well. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

    Pour in the coconut milk, add a few ice cubes and top up with 250ml ice-cold water. Blitz for a few mins till combined, then serve.

  • Tip

    Blitz me once or blitz me twice
    You need a big blender to make this smoothie. If yours is a bit smaller, chop all the ingredients then blitz half the fruit and veg with half the water and coconut milk to make a single serving, then repeat.
