Ingredients you'll need
  • 100g Brussels sprouts
  • 330ml almond milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 100g broccoli sprouts
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 apples

  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Finely chop the Brussels sprouts. Carve the skin from the lemon and discard it. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Quarter the apples, slice out the cores and chop them.

    Put everything, along with the broccoli sprouts, into your blender. Pour in the almond milk and add a cupful of ice. Whizz together till smooth and creamy dreamy.
