Summer Garden Crush

Prep: 10 mins
There are so many flavours to be found in an English summer garden, we’re not sure we could count them all – that said, we’ve done our best to fit as many of them in a blender as we can: we managed cucumbers, apple, raspberries and mint, plus a trickle of maple water for gluggability.

    Big is better
This smoothie uses quite a few bulky veg, so you need a big blender to make it all in one go. If you have a smaller blender you can make it in two batches, using half the ingredients each time, or blend the cucumber and apple with half the maple water and pour it into a large jug. Then blend the remaining ingredients together and stir them into the cucumber and apple mix.
