Peel the orange. Pull the leaves and stems from the strawberries. Peel and chop the bananas. (See our tip below about freezing them ahead of time). Halve the dates and discard the stones.
Add everything to your blender. Pour in the maple water and add a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, pink and creamy.
For a cooler, creamier smoothie, prepare the strawberries and bananas as described above. Pop into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours. Follow the recipe but add less maple water for a thick smoothie bowl, or don’t add any at all for a fruity, sherberty sorbet.
