Hull the strawberries, roughly chop them and pop them in your blender.
Halve the citron beldi and squeeze the juice from 1 half into the blender. Add 1 tbsp honey and pour 200ml cold water into the blender. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smoothly combined.
Taste the slushy and add a squeeze more citron beldi juice if you think it needs it (the citron beldi has a strong floral flavour, so the juice from 1 half may be enough). Add a large handful of ice cubes. Blitz the smoothie again to combine, and serve.
