A refreshing spring smoothie made with sweet strawberries, soft baby spinach leaves and a couple of fabulously fudgy Medjool dates blitzed with creamy cashews and a splash of oat milk.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 250g strawberries
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 35g cashews
  • 330ml oat milk
  • 2 medjool dates
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Pull the stalks from the strawberries and add the berries to your blender. Halve the Medjool dates and remove the stones. Add the dates to the blender. Tip in the cashews and tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

    Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Whizz, pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
