- 250g strawberries
- 1 avocado
- 1 orange
- 15g hemp seeds
- 330ml ultimate almond drink
- A few ice cubes

Pull the leaves from the strawberries and add the strawberries to your blender. Halve the avocado and discard the stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon into the blender. Finely grate in the zest from the orange and squeeze in the juice.

Shake in the hemp seeds and add 330ml Ultimate Almond drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes, blitz till smooth then pour into a couple of glasses and serve.

'Ave an avocado
Your avocado should be just ripe when you unpack it. Store it in your fruit bowl at room temperature rather than in the fridge, so it keeps ripening. Because this smoothie contains strawberries (which are best stored in the fridge), we recommend you make it first, within 1-2 days of receiving the box, so keeping the avocado in your fruit bowl means it should be ripe and ready to blend when you want to make the smoothie.
