Ingredients you'll need
- 1kg bag of carrots
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 star anise
Step by step this way

Roughly chop your carrots and grapefruit (skin and all). Feed them through the juicer with your star anise if you think your juicer can handle it. If not, give the finished juice a good shake in a lidded container with the spice. Strain and enjoy.
