Go nuts for this gorgeously green smoothie stuffed with baby leaf spinach leaves, sweet dried dates, a handful of crunchy flaked almonds and a rich, sesame swirl of tahini, all blitzed with a glug of brown rice milk drink for extra creaminess.

Ingredients you'll need
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 50g dried dates
- 35g flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 330ml brown rice milk drink

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Scrunch the baby leaf spinach into your blender. Toss in the dried dates and the flaked almonds. Dollop in 1 tbsp tahini.

Pour 330ml brown rice milk drink into the blender (saving the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
